Cursor
July 2025 – PresentI work on ML at Cursor, helping improve model behavior and personality.
For my first year, I worked as a generalist across engineering, product, and marketing. I joined at ~70 employees when we had a tiny marketing team. Eric, Roman, Ben and I helped kickstart developer experience, product marketing, and community.
I created and maintained our docs and learning courses, spoke about context engineering and our Composer model, and played a pseudo-PM role for a number of product launches.
I'm very opinionated about products for engineers, and a heavy user of Cursor myself, so I often gathered customer feedback and made sure we were building the right thing. Luckily, we have a wonderful product and engineering team that is extremely receptive and quick to act on feedback.
In June 2026, I moved to ML to help us train useful models. AI is changing how we interact with computers. I'm fascinated by the challenge of training models that are great colleagues and reflect the best qualities of humans. I want this to exist in the world, for everyone, including my daughters.
